Every item in our online shop comes with Tussock Creek’s 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we’ll refund your money or exchange any item.

Any returns and exchanges must be addressed to Tussock Creek at 227 King Street Rangiora 7400.

Freight cost of all returns to Tussock Creek for refund, exchange or repair are at purchasers cost.

Shipping Information and Charges

Tussock Creek is New Zealand owned and operated. All online transactions are conducted in New Zealand currency only. Tussock Creek will appear on your statements and payment records.

Freight Information

Within NZ total charge $10.00

In-stock items shipped from our warehouse will typically arrive within 2-3 working days in metropolitan areas and 3-5 working days in rural areas. The day the order is placed is not calculated in the date range and working days exclude weekends or holidays. We are unable to ship to a P.O.Box number. Parcels are delivered by PBT Couriers Ltd.

All Other Countries

All international parcels are sent duty unpaid. If any duty, taxes, VAT are to be paid for the import of the parcel it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the charges. Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries, for further information please contact your local customs office.
